APP: Instagram extends video limit to 60 seconds
After implementing a 60-second video duration ads for marketers, the fast growing photo and video sharing service, Instagram, is now giving the regular users a chance to enjoy a full-minute video as well and it's a big improvement in terms of user experience. Since 2013, this feature is limited to 15 seconds only. This change will allow Instagram to grow even more quickly due to the fact that the time people spent watching videos on the app/site has increased by more than 40 percent in the last six months.
We want to bring you fun, flexible and creative ways to create and watch video on Instagram. As part of our continued commitment, you’ll soon have the flexibility to tell your story in up to 60 seconds of video. This is one step of many you’ll see this year.
