Actress receives arrest warrant for regramming an Instagram post
Posting on social media might seem harmless, it's our way of expressing ourselves - our opinions and feelings about a certain matter. But you must be careful of what you're posting, or else you might end up in jail before you even know it.
Just like the case of actress Neri Naig-Miranda. Later this afternoon, Cebu City Regional trial court has issued an arrest warrant for Mrs. Miranda regarding the libel complaint against her. It all started when she reposted/regrammed an Instagram post of Star Magic road manager Danilyn Nunga - containing a photo of Clarence Taguiam and Donna Marie Go and they were described as bogus seller of a GoPro Hero3 Action camera. Nunga, said she bought a camera but she didn't get it despite paying P7,500 already. As the post spread, Taguiam and Go filed a libel complaint against the two - claiming that they didn't sold any camera to Nunga.
The post were later then removed on both Instagram accounts.
